Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional factory and trading company, we have over 10 years of manufacturing all kinds of garments. We offer both OEM /ODM service.
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity?
A: There is no MOQ required if you just print your logo on our ready-made product, we successfully handled cases like 1 piece Promotion order and 1 Million Pieces Election T-Shirts order in the past few years. But if need re-cut and re-sew to custom make your own size specifications and style, our MOQ is 100pcs per color and style.
Q. Could you make the products with my design?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM.
Q: Can I put my design logo on the items?
A: Sure, we can put your own logo on your items, we have been customizing and relabeling all kinds of garments and clothes for more than 20 years. Please send your logo design to us for sampling.
Q. Can you custom make the fabric color as we need?
Yes, If you require Polyester fabric, we can dye sublimate any color you need if you can give us the PMS color number. But if you require cotton fabric, we can only custom dye the fabric if your quantity is enough, usually about 300 pcs t-shirt. On the other hand, we can provide the stock similar color fabric for your selection if your quantity is small.
Q. Can I get a sample before mass production?
A: Sample order is welcome, After approving of the design, material and printing method, you should pay the sampling cost, then we will custom make the sample according to your exact requirements, send you the photos or videos to look first once we finish it. After your approval, the physical samples will be sent via Express to you to check the exact details.
Q: Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A: Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation please contact the salesperson who follows up with your order.
Q: What’s the production lead time?
A: For big orders, the product's lead time is 15-35 days after receiving the payment.
Q: Can I mix the item's colors?
A: Yes, you could mix colors according to your requirements.
Q. How Can I order?
A: You can directly place an order through our store, tell us the model No. of the products you like, then we will send you the quotation or the PI for confirmation.
Q. What's the guarantee of product quality?
A: Since the order beginning, we check every production steps very strictly, including fabric inspection, pattern making, cutting, production assignments, unfinished products inspection, finished products inspection, packing inspection and final inspection. The inferior pieces are returned to the production line immediately for updating or remaking. No factory can 100% guarantee that they will never make no mistake during the mass production even though they have controlled every production steps very strictly, but there is one thing for sure that we will take charge of the loss caused by ourselves. We have experienced and skilled laborers and QC teams. Please don't worry about it.
Q. Can I get discounts?
A: Yes, for big orders and frequent customers, we'll give reasonable discounts.
Q: Can I get a refund if I receive my order in special conditions?
A: Yes. You can return the item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact, must be returned in the original sealed packaging. The refund will be made via the same payment method of your previous purchase.
