Q1: Do you accept customer's design and fabric?

A: Of course,OEM service is our advantage.We can do it as your request,such as custom logos, individual names and numbers can be added according to your requirements.Just need to send us your Logo or Design in PDF or AI Format, or tell us your detailed requests. Our professional designers will provide the best solution to you.

Q2:Can i get sample before mass production,is free?

A:We are honored to offer you samples. 1), If we have the sample in stock,we will provide you,you just give us your Express A/C No.  2), if we do not have it in stock, we will make it for you, then you should pay the sample charge and freight, anyway the sample charge will pay back to you in the later orders.

Q3: When can i receive the sample or products?

1)For sample : Generally the sample will takes 7-10 days to produce after the design is confirmed. 2)For bulk order: After order confirmed, the factory will arrange a starting production date according to your quantity.Once date confirmed, approximately 30 workdays for production. we will show you pictures and product process for each step.

Q4: What terms of payment you can accept?

A:We accept L/C at sight, T/T or Western Union.

Q5: How to know the price?

A:Price is the most concerning problem to every customer, if you want to know the price,pls inform us some information as below: Your design/style, fabric, quantity, delivery date and your demands, These would help us quote you the accurate price.
