1) Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
Ace:We are a factory, and we manufacture all our products and we also manufacture for trading companies. We are not a trading company ourselves. We can offer you factory direct prices, so it will be good for you to be able to offer good prices to your clients.
2) How to start a sample ?
Ace: contact us and tell your specific request , such as fabric, style,artwork, color ect.
3) How much does sample charge and how long it takes make a sample?
Ace: sample cost 30~50usd/item depend on your specific details ? Complex style will cost more fee. Sample refund when mass production order 300pcs +
4) How long it takes for mass production ?
Ace: usually product takes 15-30 working days, If urgent order please tell our sales
5)How to make an order ?
Ace: send inquiry to our sales , provide your speific details ,our sales will help you place the order and will create invoice for your final confirm. transfer the deposit and we could proceed the mass production.
6)What is our payment terms? what payment method you use ?
Ace: Our payment team is basic on T/T 30%~50% deposit. Small order will be disucss payment terms together. we use western union, paypal, T/T banking ect.
7) How do we ship the products?
Ace: We delivery the goods via express shipping agent such as DHL, UPS, Fedex. If sea cargo, customer need to provide their neaest sea port and we will check with forwarder about LCL cost. if you have cooperation forwarder , we could coordinate the shipping as well.
